Matthew Beard is a Culinary Arts graduate of Johnson and Wales University.
A certified Servsafe instructor and proctor with over 20 years experience in Food Service Preparation and Management. Matthew is currently a hospitality manager at Yale University. The extent of his knowledge ranges from his experience as a business owner of Ridgefield Food Company to being a Sysco Sales Associate, as well as an Executive Chef at Torrington Country Club, Director of Operations at the House of Bread, Waterfront Restaurant, the Inn on Lake Waramaug and the Sheraton Hotel.
